Born in a small town in the South of Switzerland I always loved learning new things. Growing up, I soon realised that learning new things is and has always been my ‘fil rouge’ in life. I remember friends telling me: ‘another thing?’ when I was sharing with them about my new passion. I spent years trying to invalidate the fact that I had many passions. Why? Because I felt I couldn’t be good enough in any of them if I hadn’t focused on any of them specifically.
I spent many years trying to separate all my passions to make sense of my life.Getting older (and more carefree) I learned that who I am is this sense of ‘union’. This space in which all my passions manifest. They are all connected to one another: my music, my Yoga practice, my passion for travels and cultures, my desire to make a difference in the world, with our planet, our animals.
I guess that living in London opened up my eyes to a new world of possibilities. Where I got present that who I am is all these things together and my Self expression has to include them without trying to get rid of one of them to look more ‘normal’.
I see my life in continuing transformation. I see my deep desire to tell stories through my passions while having on impact on those matters that are important to me such as animal rights, sustainability, people empowerment and wellbeing for all.

TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING
I have over 1200 hours of experience coaching people in different areas of their life. From business to relationships, from self-expression, creativity and purpose to leadership.
My focus these days is HELPING AMBITIOUS AND CREATIVE FOLKS DISCOVER THEIR POTENTIAL, DESIGN AND LIVE A FULFILLING AND VIBRANT LIFE WITHOUT FEELING OVERWHELMED OR LOST. TOGETHER WE CREATE CLARITY, ELEVATE YOUR PERFORMANCE, STEP INTO ACTION AND PRODUCE BREAKTHROUGH RESULTS!
I value the importance of having people feel connected to their resilience and inner resources so that they can genuinely trust and realise that they have the answers to their questions!
My coaching approach draws inspiration from traditional mindset and transformational coaching and the philosophy teachings from the Tantrik, yogic and Buddhist traditions. I also have experience in career coaching, having coached people transitioning into new careers or starting their businesses.
I have trained with Landmark Worldwide as Introduction Leader, Co-Active, MOE Foundation.
I am currently undergoing a Master’s in Songwriting and often I coach creatives or people wanting to connect with their creativity.
YOGA
I have completed more than 2000 hrs of Yoga Training, and I have been teaching for more than 2700 hrs. I teach heart-centred Hatha/Vinyasa classes, with a particular focus on presence and on the power of the breath.
My classes include elements of philosophy, pranayama, Kriyas, meditation (mainly from Non-dual Saiva Tantra), Yoga Nidra as well as mantra meditation. I care to understand and share the power of alignment in Hata yoga, but I also encourage people to tune into their body and listen to what feels right, to embody ease in every moment, losing that expectation that someone else knows ‘better’ about their own body. What would that be like if we could fully ‘master’ our body awareness and let ourselves be guided by our own inner wisdom?
Many teachers have inspired my way of teaching Yoga over the years from different traditions: Krishnamacharya, Anusara, Non-dual Saiva Tantra, and Sivananda.
Besides focusing on studying Hatha Yoga (as in asana, pranayama, kriyas, and meditation), I also started dedicating myself to Bhakti Yoga. I completed my 200hr ‘Learn to lead Kirtan’ Teacher Training with the excellent Nikki Slade, who profoundly transformed me in my practice and enriched me as a teacher.
Sanskrit and Vedic chanting are other passions of mine. I have the privilege of studying with my dear teacher Swami Prabodh Chaithanya and Antonia Ruppel.
I have been studying philosophy with Christopher Hareesh Wallis, Sally Kempton and Mark Dyczkowski) to deepen and integrate the beautiful teachings of the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism, Magic instructions that inform my practice as well as my classes.
I am incredibly thankful to all my teachers who have been sharing their knowledge and experience with me over the years: Mollie McClelland, Lucy Crisfield, Carl Hargreaves, Norman Blair, Lucy McCarthy, Suzanne Faith, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Nirlupta Tuli, Christopher Hareesh Wallis, Nikki Slade, Swami Prabodh Chaithanya and Vinod Kumar.
To me, Yoga is coming home. To myself. To that ocean of presence and awareness that is always there, in the background in every moment of our life.
About my music journey & training
I have always loved singing. I remember recording myself on the ancient 'cassette in the 90s to try to improve my voice! At the age of 15, I started writing songs. It was a way for me to deal with my fears and with my shy temper. At 18 years old I had the privilege to move to Milan to study and graduate in modern singing and Jazz arrangement as well as Estill Voice training with one of the most appreciated Teachers in Italy, Loretta Martinez, with whom I ended up working.
When I moved to London, I started focusing on working with people to help them free their voices. I also discovered my passion for Vedic chanting & Kirtan, which have soon become part of my daily practice.
I am currently undergoing a Master's in Songwriting, and my studies influenced my coaching and approach to Yoga.
DESIGN THINKING
I have been working as experience designer for the last 10 years. Design thinking is very much part of my coaching approach and has helped so many of my clients create lives they love.
